Korea's mother-of-pearl craft, which has been developed over the millennium, is characterized by rich expressiveness and delicacy of handwork. Korea has excellent shell processing technology to make thick mother-of-pearl or thin mother-of-pearl from various shells, and the technique to cut out pattern is also excellent.

Korean mother-of-pearl is recognized worldwide with its natural color, long history, and outstanding technology.

During the drying time, you can take a tour of nearby attractions such as Gwanghwamun, Cheongwadae (Blue House), and Hanok Village. Alternatively, you can receive your items via quick service at the hotel (additional cost applies).

For high-quality lacquerwork, it is possible to have a master artisan handle the lacquer process at the workshop. There will be additional costs, and it may take 8 to 15 days. You can receive your items via international shipping (additional costs for lacquer service and shipping apply).
